✅ Return Eligibility

Product must be:

• Unwashed
• In original condition with packaging
📦 Mandatory Condition for Complaints
Parcel unboxing video is compulsory for any complaint (damage, wrong item, missing item).
Video must be:
• Clear and uncut
• Starting from sealed package opening
❌ Without unboxing video, no claim will be accepted.
❌ Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
• Product received is same as ordered
• Product color difference due to mobile/screen display variation
• Product is used, washed, or damaged by customer
• Items purchased on sale/discount
• Customized or stitched products
🔄 Replacement Policy
Replacement will be provided only if:
• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product received
(Valid proof with unboxing video required)
💰 Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only in valid cases.
• Time: 5–7 working days
• Mode:
o Original payment method OR
o Bank transfer (for COD orders)
🚚 Return Shipping
Return shipping charges may be borne by customer.
In case of seller mistake, we will arrange or reimburse.
